Barnes & Noble Elmo is behaving monstrously. He refuses to let his best friend, Zoe, play with his favorite toy train. Making its welcome DVD debut, this 1997 video reinforces the basic concepts of cooperation, friendship, and sharing through original songs and clever comedic segments in which Katie Couric interviews such nursery rhyme and storybook luminaries as Jack and Jill and the Three Little Pigs. Ultimately, with a "chugga-chugga, chugga-chugga, woo-woo," the freshly enlightened Elmo gets his friendship with Zoe back on track.
