Enthusiastic hosts Dave and Becky invite young viewers to come along for the ride, with behind-the-controls footage of awesome trucks and other way-cool heavy equipment. "There Goes a Fire Truck," one of the best entries in the series, will fire up the imaginations of anyone who has ever fantasized about what it would be like to be a real firefighter. "There Goes a Garbage Truck" makes truck fans an offer they cant refuse -- the inside scoop on where garbage goes and what it becomes. "There Goes a Truck" is a freewheeling look at many different types of trucks and the specific jobs they perform, including the one that tows the Space Shuttle. Wisely, the producers help foster an appreciation for the operators of these mammoth machines, which will no doubt promote career goals for young viewers. Ultimately, though, the things that really get their little engines revving are the massive machines themselves -- and this disc offers a veritable parking lots worth of them.
