 Barnes & Noble First aired on American television in 1985, Robotechs universe of Veritech fighters and Protoculture was actually created out of three completely independent anime series, all of which happened to share similar character designs and story arcs and were thus redubbed and edited to create Robotech. The Robotech Masters is the second generation of the series -- Super Dimensional Cavalry Southern Cross for the purists. Its soldiers are the first graduating class of the United Earth Forces Military Academy, now the 15th Squadron of the Southern Cross Defense Corps, led by Dana Sterling, the ingenious -- and insubordinate -- daughter of the first Micronian and Zentradi marriage. The stern Colonel Fredricks releases her from the brig just in time for her to lead her armored 15th Squad against the new invading aliens, the Robotech Masters. This three-DVD set includes the second 12 episodes of The Robotech Masters arc, as seen on the discs Counterattack and Final Solution, plus a third disc of bonus materials.
