In Prince Caspian, Peter, Susan, Lucy, and Edmund return to Narnia to protect a young prince who has been marked for death by his uncle, the tyrannical king Miraz. The real adventure begins in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, in which Lucy and her "singularly discourteous" cousin Eustace join Caspians quest to find seven lords banished for their loyalty to his father. Costumed characters, fantastic creatures, swashbuckling battles, and endearingly low-tech special effects cast a charming, old-fashioned spell. The other installments in the series -- the award-winning The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and The Silver Chair -- are also available on VHS and DVD individually or in a boxed set.
